13. Disclaimer

The Program is delivered by Shaykha Umm Jamaal ud-Din, a qualified scholar, for the purpose of educational and spiritual instruction.

While all lessons are prepared with care and based on authentic Islamic sources, the content is intended for general learning and reflection and not as personalised religious rulings, counselling, or legal advice.

Students should seek individual guidance from qualified scholars or professionals where specific personal or legal issues arise.

The Shaykha and the team accept no responsibility for any misuse, misinterpretation, or misapplication of the knowledge shared.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and undertaken at the student’s own discretion and responsibility.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We encourage all concerns or disputes to be resolved in a manner consistent with Islamic ethics — through respectful communication, mutual understanding, and reconciliation (sulh).

If a matter cannot be resolved internally, it will be handled under the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

Nothing in this clause removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Acknowledgement

By enrolling and checking the box on the registration form, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge that participation in the program is governed by Australian law and guided by Islamic principles of respect and sincerity.
